Requires law enforcement be stationed inside polling places while voting is taking place. Current law does not allow law enforcement to be inside polling places unless they are there for the purpose of voting or if they have the clerk’s permission. Raises concerns that this will result in voter intimidation by having law enforcement present at all times.
