We know that our work to build a just and caring society takes all of us. But how do we participate effectively as allies? Join us for our next "How to be an Ally for Immigrant Justice" workshop on Wednesday, January 26.

In our workshop, you will learn about the importance and responsibilities that come with being an ally for the immigrant community. We will talk about privilege, the dos and don'ts of being an ally, and what actionable allyship looks like in supporting immigrant justice in Florida.

Join us to learn – or relearn – what meaningful allyship for immigrant communities looks like. Register today for this free virtual training.

Join us and and our voting rights partners to learn how you can organize with us locally to protect the right to vote in our community.

We will provide updates on our local election administration work around the state including how we're notifying voters about the sharp reduction in early voting days and the closure of five of the county's twenty early voting sites, which heavily serve lower-income residents in the county.

We will be joined by Nick Warren, staff attorney for the ACLU of Florida, who will discuss upcoming public hearings for local redistricting and how you can make an impact at these forums. Additionally, we'll hear from students, faculty, and community members who are mobilizing to restore on-campus early voting at local college campuses.

Bring a friend, and join us! RSVP to receive the Zoom event details.
