Janette Del Angel is Senior Accounting Manager at the ACLU of Florida since February 2025. She has had an incredibly diverse and accomplished career. With over 20 years of experience in various industries, such as banking, insurance, higher education, and automotive (specifically supply chain), she acquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Starting her business journey with the Japanese business model and culture, Janette excelled in Kaizen that teaches the principles for continuous improvement, and provides a remarkable foundation for professional development. Her adaptability and work ethic have clearly paid off, as she has excelled in financial reporting, accounting processes, and system processes, including FASB, GAAP, and GASB and becoming certified in IFRS. Working with Toyota Tsusho she collaborated with audit and legal teams showcasing her professional leadership and due diligence.
Janette's commitment to education and community advocacy in Los Angeles County, California, further highlights her passion for helping others. Guiding parents through the IEP process, speaking at conferences, and serving on various committees, at city, county and state levels, demonstrate her leadership and dedication to making a positive impact.
