Bans abortions after 15 weeks. Access to abortion is essential to a person’s liberty and self-determination. The majority of Floridians support Roe and believe that pregnant people should be able to determine for themselves whether and when to have a child. Politicians should never be able to force anyone to carry a pregnancy against their will.
