The ACLU of Florida brings dozens of cases each year on behalf of brave individuals and organizations who are willing to stand up against government repression and help make systemic change. Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to bring every case that needs to be heard. Historically, we receive thousands of requests for assistance every year, and we are unable to respond to the vast majority of them. Please note that contacting the ACLU of Florida does not create an attorney-client relationship, and we cannot review documents sent to us about individual cases if we haven't already agreed to represent you. If you are seeking legal assistance, we encourage you to review the ACLU of Florida’s Suggested Assistance Contact List for information on how to get legal help. (For Spanish, click here.) If you would like to financially support our legal work and help us expand our capacity to do more or contact our development team, please visit our donor page.
