These bills make it harder for Floridians to thrive in state and local government employment, embolden bullies to create hostile work environments for LGBTQ individuals, and protect employees that are openly hostile to LGBTQ individuals from adverse employment actions. Prohibits state and local governments, nonprofits and employers that receive state funding from requiring employees to attend any training regarding gender identity and sexual orientation.
