The Legal Defense Fund (LDF), American Civil Liberties Union of Florida (ACLU of Florida), the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law, and the American Civil Liberties Union Voting Rights Project (ACLU) have a resource, "Voting with a Criminal Record in Florida: What You Need to Know,” for lawyers and advocacy groups to help Floridians with past felony convictions determine their eligibility to register and vote.
