Dayna Lazarus v. Stacy White, in his Official Capacity as a Member of the Hillsborough County Commission for Hillsborough County, Florida
On June 26, 2017, local activist Dayna Lazarus was ejected from a public workshop of the Hillsborough County Commission after addressing two commissioners and opining that a proposed transportation project was racist. A First Amendment challenge was filed on April 16, 2020.
