Shane Donglasan joined the ACLU of Florida in November 2024 as the Graphic Designer.
Before stepping into this role, Shane collaborated with a diverse range of mission-driven organizations dedicated to creating meaningful change, advancing equity, and fostering community resilience.
Drawing inspiration from her surroundings, personal experiences, and love of color, Shane’s design philosophy emphasizes inclusion, empathy, and a commitment to crafting purposeful solutions.
She is based in the west coast of Florida and is a proud indigenous Filipino.
Shane earned her B.A. in Social Sciences at New College of Florida. She was a One World Media Fellow and has a Masters Degree in Media Practice for Development and Social Change from the University of Sussex.
