Rebecca Berger joined the ACLU of Florida as a Database Associate in March 2023. In this role, she is focused on managing the organization’s volunteer and activist databases and providing data support to the field team as the ACLU seeks to dramatically grow the scale and impact of its volunteer activist network.
Before joining the ACLU, she organized for the Florida Democratic Party in Hillsborough County in 2019 before serving as a Regional Organizing Director in Southwest Florida during the 2020 election cycle. Prior to that, she worked in resettlement and placement as a Program Coordinator in the greater Tampa Bay area to identify gaps in resettlement services and establish a sustainable volunteer program to assist the long-term needs of newly resettled families.
Rebecca is a proud alumna of the Florida State University, where she earned a B.S. in International Affairs.
