Did your state legislators stand up for liberty? Find out with our 2013 Legislative Scorecard and interactive maps.

We've scored every legislator on Tallahassee on how their votes stacked up to constitutional values that ACLU supporters like you want protected in our laws. The legislative scorecard consists of seven issues for the House and five issues for the Senate that were core to the ACLU of Florida’s lobbying work during the 2013 legislative session. All ACLU positions on the specific issues in this scorecard were made clear to legislators either through intent to score letters, public testimony, one-on-one meetings, or through the media.

Download the scorecard below, or use one of our interactive maps to see how your legislators voted on civil liberties during the 2013 Florida Legislative Session.

Note: This legislative scorecard is intended to be used as a resource to better assist voters in working with their elected officials. It is not intended to be political or to advance any one legislator or candidate over another. The ACLU is non-partisan and does not endorse or financially support any candidate for elected office.
