Florida is on the freedom frontline. From government censorship and near-total abortion bans to limiting access to the ballot box and discriminatory laws against immigrants and the LGBTQ+ community, Florida politicians have interfered with our freedoms for years. The mandate to protect our state’s democracy is at a critical crossroads. We must hold the line for freedom together.
Through our collective strength, resilience, and commitment to justice, we have the power to stand against these threats to our rights and live in a truly free Florida. With the help of dedicated volunteers and community activists like you, the ACLU of Florida can advance the important work to preserve our rights and liberties guaranteed to all people in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.
